You Register as a Travel Agency

You Select Type of Personalised Tour
Select one of the 3 types of personalised tours we offer. 1.Fixed Tours, 2.Flexible Tours or 3.Special Occasions.

You Check Availability & Hold Dates
A date can be held for seven days at no cost while you confirm with your client. A held date is not a booking and there is no fee if it lapses.

We Create An Itinerary For You
We create an itinerary and costs for your customer based on their selection of tour and their preferences. This will contain the tour inclusions, dates and net costs.

You Provide Confirmation From Your Customers
Once your client has the itinerary and is committed, you provide us with emailed confirmation of your clients tour.

You Pay Deposit and Balance As Per Terms
Deposit - A deposit of 25% is required for confirmation of booking. The deposit is required with 7 days from the time of holding a date. Extensions of time for deposits may be considered upon request from the Travel Advisor \ Agent. Balance of Payment - The balance of payment is required no later than six weeks before the first touring day. Bookings made inside six weeks of first touring day require the full amount on confirmation.

We Provide Itinerary & Documentation
When we receive your confirmation and the deposit we will provide you and your customer an confirmation itinerary of the tour, what to expect on the tour, what to bring and what clothes to wear. Two weeks before your customer joins us on tour, we will email you and your customer our direct contact details, confirmation of pickup and ask if they have any questions. Two days before the tour we will send another email inviting them and that we are looking forward to meeting them and also confirm pick up.
Costs and commission
Commission is based on twelve percent of the net cost of the tour. Excluding any additional excursions, accommodation, meals and transport and local taxes required.
Fixed Tour and Flexible Tour rates are based on 1-2 guests in a tour (both guests are from the same travelling party). We can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests on all tours (all guests being from the same travelling party). Extra 1-3 guests incur an additional rate per day. Special Occasion Tour rates are built up depending on the unique tour requirements.
