Multi-day journeys
- More than 60 days before
- Deposit refunded in full
- 60 to 30 days before
- Deposit retained, balance refunded
- Fewer than 30 days
- To be confirmed
Single days
- More than 72 hours before
- Refunded in full
- Within 72 hours
- To be confirmed
If I cancel
If I cannot run a day for any reason, you are refunded in full for that day, and I will try to move it first.
Travel insurance
Required, not optional. Buy it when you book rather than later, and check that it covers cancellation, not just medical.
